Important reminder for ACA Clients
Be sure to notify your case manager and VA MAP immediately if:
- There is a change in your income amount, household size, name, address, or phone number.
Be sure to notify Benalytics immediately if:
- Your insurance premium or Advance Premium Tax Credit changes — by as little as one cent!
- You receive any refund check from your insurer.
Any of these situations can affect your insurance coverage.
